The main objective of the meeting held today was to analyze the possibility of partnerships in the area of training and service provision, particularly in the areas of medicinal and industrial gases that are the main fields of activity of Mega Saúde.

The Cabo Verde Competence Center intends to diversify its training offer in a logic of approaching the business sector in order to better align training with the needs of companies or the labor market.

This alignment and continuous engagement of the private sector, will allow the adjustment or creation of new vocational training courses that meet the current and future skills needs of the market.

The training modules or curriculum will be structured by defined competencies with reference to the professional situations that trainees should be able to understand and master.

This competence approach will facilitate the transition from training to the labour market by increasing the level of employability.
