CdC 3C implements a set of training of trainers (TOT) courses for the West African region
The Cabo Verde Competence Center, concluded on December 13, 2019, a set of training of trainers (TOT) courses for the West African region with the participation of 105 professionals from the 15 ECOWAS countries and from Mauritania.
High-level training courses were given in solar photovoltaic, energy efficiency and solar thermal technologies. Each training session was realised in French and in English.
The trainings were carried out within the framework of the CERMI Regional positioning project financed by the European Union and implemented by the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency (LuxDev).
These training sessions are part of the first component of the project, which aims to strengthening the technical and pedagogical skills of the trainers, developing the private sector capabilities in the region and facilitate the adoption of RE’s and EE good practices.
For this year, two training courses are planned in Bioenergy and three sessions in pedagogical training.
Each training session will be realised in French and in English.
